Our Facilities
All five of our facilities share the same goal: to create value for our customers.
We do this by taking a focused, team approach to manufacturing. Each of our plants is divided into bays, and each bay is staffed by one dedicated self-sufficient team, creating highly efficient factories-within-factories. Our teams are commited to the Toyota Production System to design out overburden (muri) and inconsistency (mura), and to eliminate waste (muda).
Our Highland, Corporate Grove, Quincy, and Royal Center facilities make up our North Campus in Hudsonville, Michigan. Our South Campus is located in Cullman, Alabama. Together, these campuses comprise the more than one million square feet that are Royal Technologies.

Highland
The original location of Royal Technologies, our Highland location now focuses on urethane foam, as well as being home to the SWAMP, our advanced product design, development, and testing area.

Corporate Grove
Our second location, Corporate Grove, originally focused on injection molding, and was the launch site of our bay system, has now expanded into advance assembly factories for high quality products shipping world-wide.

Quincy
Our Quincy location is our flagship manufacturing facility, housing the majority of our value added assembly systems, as well as meeting an array of injection molding needs.

Cullman
The most recent addition to our family, our Cullman, Alabama facility allows us to better serve our growing customer base in the southeastern United States and to enjoy in the south the same success we’ve enjoyed in the north.
